Refunds and Returns

We handle refunds and returns on an indivudual basis. If you have a problem with a product and would like to discuss an exchange or refund please call 800-234-3425. If an item has not been opened we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) or offer an exchange for up to 21 days from the purchase date.
